The technology contains a lithium battery to store solar energy when there is no electricity generation
Renovigi Energia Solar, a company that develops photovoltaic systems, is launching a new autonomous system. The technology has a lithium battery to store solar energy during periods when there is no light generation, making the system work independently of the electricity grid.
Renovigi's commercial, marketing and new business director, Antônio Carlos Federico, says that the system was developed only eight months ago and brings several benefits to the rural producer. "It is a system completely disconnected from the power grid, which is very good because it has properties far from the distribution network," he says.
According to Federico, solar panels are installed on the ground or on the roof of the property, which are connected to an intelligent inverter that transforms and manages energy. "It is very interesting because, unlike the conventional system, you can use the solar system during the day, and the battery at night," he points out.
The director points out that the lithium battery does not require maintenance. “It is a very different battery from the automotive ones, and there is nothing very different in the installation. You will only need to cover the battery and the inverter. They are small, do not heat and do not generate noise ”, he says.
